Terms of Service
The rules. Short and boring.
Last updated: 4 May 2026
This is a pre-launch marketing website. Using it means accepting these terms. If you don't, close the tab — no hard feelings.
What this is
faqyou.io (the 'Site') is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY], contactable at hello@faqyou.io. Right now the Site is a marketing presence with one interactive feature: a waitlist for the FAQYOU mobile app.
The app itself isn't released yet. These terms will be updated when it ships.
Using the Site
The Site is free to read. No account is required. You don't need to tell us who you are to look around.
You agree not to: scrape the Site at a scale that disrupts it, submit false information to the waitlist, use the waitlist to harass anyone, or misuse the address hello@faqyou.io for spam, phishing, or abuse.
The waitlist
Submitting your first name, last name, and email to the waitlist means you consent to receive one notification email on the day the app is available.
That's all. You can leave the waitlist by writing to hello@faqyou.io. Details of how we process your waitlist data live in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The FAQYOU name, logo, copy, illustrations, and layout are ours (or licensed to us) and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You can link to the Site and quote us with attribution; you can't republish substantial parts, sell them, or pretend they're yours.
Third-party brand names mentioned on the Site (Netflix, Spotify, etc.) belong to their respective owners. We reference them to describe what FAQYOU tracks — there's no affiliation.
'As is', no warranty
The Site is provided as is. Content is for information only — you're looking at a product being built in public, so some claims describe features as designed, not yet available to you. Nothing here is a binding commercial offer, investment advice, or financial advice.
We do our best to keep the Site available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for things that cannot be limited or excluded by law — including, for EU consumers, rights granted by mandatory consumer protection legislation.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we update the 'Last updated' date. For material changes, if we have your email from the waitlist, we'll let you know before the change takes effect.
Governing law and your rights
These terms are governed by EU law and, for consumers, by the mandatory consumer protection rules of the EU member state where you reside. Nothing above affects rights you already have under the GDPR or local consumer law.
